movement, coordination and physical activity in a safe and supportive
environment. Parents take part in the lesson, helping the child feel

A fun and engaging first step into rhythmic gymnastics. The goal is to
build a love for movement and learning through play, in a positive and
supportive environment.

instructions · teamwork · first apparatus (ball, hoop, ribbon)
Level Up 7–10
Born 2017–2019
1–3 hours per week
For gymnasts who have completed the beginner level and are ready to
develop flexibility, strength, coordination and technical skills.
Focus: flexibility development · basic jumps, balances and turns ·
strength and conditioning · body coordination · introduction to body
difficulties · apparatus fundamentals · musical interpretation ·
correct technical execution
Born 2020–2022
4–9 hours per week
A development programme for talented young gymnasts who show strong
motivation, coordination and potential for competitive gymnastics.
Focus: advanced flexibility · strength and body control · coordination
and agility · basic body difficulties · apparatus technique ·
choreography and musicality · performance confidence · introduction to
competition routines
Born 2017–2020 (several groups by year)
4–8 hours per week
For gymnasts with previous experience who are ready to progress to
advanced technical development and more structured training.
Focus: advanced flexibility training · strength and conditioning ·
complex jumps, balances and turns · apparatus mastery · dance technique
and artistry · endurance · performance skills · routine refinement
Born 2017 and earlier (age 10+) 2017–2020 (several groups by year)
2–4 hours per week
A fitness and lifestyle programme for girls who want to stay active,
healthy and connected with like-minded friends. This is not a
competitive group — it is about physical development, confidence and
community.

challenges
Born 2019–2021
9–12 hours per week
A transitional programme for gymnasts preparing to enter the
competitive pathway. Athletes work on every component required for
competitive success: flexibility, strength, body technique, apparatus
skills, artistry, coordination, endurance and performance quality.
Training includes learning and refining competition routines,
developing body difficulties, mastering apparatus handling and building
the discipline and confidence competitive gymnastics demands.
Ballet classes available as an add-on.
Born 2015–2021 (several groups by year and level)
6–16 hours per week
Full competitive training for gymnasts representing the club at UAE and
international tournaments. Individual routines on all four apparatus,
systematic conditioning, choreography and competition preparation.
Ballet classes available as an add-on.
Born 2016 and earlier
12–31 hours per week
Our elite squad, coached by FIG-certified specialists and international
judges. Athletes at this level compete internationally, with full
technical, choreographic, physical and psychological preparation.
1–5 hours per week
A welcoming programme for adults who want to improve flexibility,
strength, posture, mobility and overall wellbeing through the
principles of rhythmic gymnastics, stretching, ballet-inspired movement
and functional fitness.

Ages 7–11

Classical ballet training adapted for rhythmic gymnasts — the base of
posture, line, turnout and expression that every competitive routine is
built on. Also available as an add-on to competitive groups at The
Agenda.
One-to-one sessions with a coach of your choice, in Dubai or Abu Dhabi — at one of our centres or at home. Ideal for competition preparation, catching up after a break, or a flexible schedule.

Olympic artistic gymnastics, following the USA Gymnastics levels
programme. Six apparatus for boys (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault,
parallel bars, horizontal bar) and four for girls (vault, uneven bars,
balance beam, floor).
