This Privacy Policy explains how Gymnastika CESKA Gymnastics Club — Limited Liability Company Single Owner (LLC-SO) (hereinafter — the "Company", "we", "us"), operating under the brands GYMNASTIKA RG CLUB and GYMNASTIKA ACADEMY, collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the website gymnastikauae.com (the "Website") and of clients of our rhythmic gymnastics centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (the "Services").

2. What personal data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

— Contact details: full name of the parent or legal guardian, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, messenger accounts.
— Data about the child (gymnast): full name, date of birth, gender, level of training, and health information relevant to safe participation in training, provided voluntarily by the parent or legal guardian.
— Booking and payment data: selected programme, location, schedule, attendance records, invoices and payment status. We never store full payment card details — payments are processed by licensed payment providers.
— Photo and video materials: images and recordings made during classes, competitions, camps and events.
— Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, cookies and similar identifiers.
— Communication history: messages, requests and enquiries you send us via the Website, WhatsApp, email, phone or social media.

3. Data relating to children

Our Services are intended for children. Personal data of a child is provided to us exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from a child without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data using the contact details in Section 1.

4. How we use your data

We process personal data in order to:

register gymnasts, arrange trial classes, and schedule and deliver training sessions, camps and competitions;
communicate with you regarding schedules, changes, payments, results and organisational matters;
issue invoices, process payments and maintain accounting records;
ensure the safety of children during classes and events;
send informational and marketing communications, as described in Section 5;
publish photo and video materials to promote the club, subject to a separate consent from the parent or legal guardian which may be withdrawn at any time;
improve the Website and the quality of our Services;
comply with the applicable legislation of the United Arab Emirates.

5. Marketing communications and how to unsubscribe

The Company has the right to send the User informational and promotional messages about new programmes and services, schedules, special offers, discounts, camps, competitions and other events of the Company. Such messages may be sent by WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone or messengers, using the contact details provided by the User.

The User may refuse to receive such messages at any time by:

— replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the WhatsApp or SMS message received; or
— using the unsubscribe link in any email; or
— sending an email to marketing@gymnastikauae.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".

We process such requests within a reasonable period. After unsubscribing, we may still send you service messages that are necessary for the delivery of the Services — for example, schedule changes, payment confirmations or safety notices.

6. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of the consent of the User (parent or legal guardian), for the performance of a contract for the provision of the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and promoting the club.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with:

— coaches and staff of the Company, to the extent necessary for the delivery of the Services;
— venues, schools and sports facilities where classes and events are held, where required for access control and safety;
— competition organisers and sports federations, where a gymnast is registered for an event;
— licensed payment providers and banks that process payments on our behalf;
— providers of hosting, CRM, email, analytics and messaging services acting on our behalf and under our instructions.

Some of our service providers may store data outside the United Arab Emirates. In such cases we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection of your data.

8. Storage and security

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law. We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Subject to applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:

— request access to the personal data we hold about you or your child;
