Her journey began in Russia, where she built a strong foundation in one of the world’s most demanding gymnastics systems. Throughout her career, she has coached athletes from beginner to elite level, helping young gymnasts develop the technique, discipline, confidence, and mindset required for high-performance sport.

Later, Marina continued her coaching career in the United Kingdom, where she worked with competitive athletes and expanded her expertise by embracing modern European coaching methods. This international experience allows her to combine the precision and technical excellence of the Russian school with the athlete-centered, supportive philosophy of European coaching. Marina combines the technical excellence of the Russian gymnastics school with the modern, athlete-focused European approach — creating an environment where children achieve outstanding results while enjoying every step of their journey.

Over the years, Marina has helped develop athletes who progressed to the National Team level and has worked with thousands of children, each receiving an individual approach tailored to their personality and goals.
