ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS —

The program is led by Head Coach Goran Velin, an international artistic gymnastics coach with over 17 years of coaching experience.

Artistic gymnastics is one of the most complete sports for children's physical and personal development. Through structured, progressive training, children develop:

Artistic gymnastics vs. rhythmic gymnastics
Although both are Olympic gymnastics disciplines, they are very different in their focus.
Artistic gymnastics - Performed on specialized gymnastics apparatus. - Emphasizes strength, power, acrobatics, coordination, and technical precision. - Designed for both boys and girls, with different competition apparatus for each.
Rhythmic gymnastics - Performed with handheld apparatus such as the hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, and rope, accompanied by music. - Emphasizes flexibility, elegance, artistry, coordination, and expression. - Traditionally a discipline for girls and women.
Boys' events (6): - Floor Exercise - Pommel Horse - Rings - Vault - Parallel Bars - Horizontal Bar
Girls' events (4): - Vault - Uneven Bars - Balance Beam - Floor Exercise
